Started the business in 1978. Licensed as an electrical contractor and managed the business for 30 years using Good service and Good price as a basis for sustaining long term relationships with builders.
Doug maintains a traditional mentality, bringing "old school" values to his business relationships.
Doug's standards are high and expects work to not only be functional, but of the highest quality as well.
These values are the basis for D & D Electric.
Justin Walker, Vice President:
Justin is the supervisor of day to day operations for D & D Electric. His 9 years of detailed experience in the company, a contractors license, a Master's Electrical License, all coupled with a business degree from the University of Kentucky has newly expanded the company's enterprise.
Leading and providing new business opportunities for D & D Electric and its affiliates, Justin looks to growing opportunities in commercial jobs, while sustaining the residential applications the company has maintained for years.
Amy Walker, Sect/Treas. Accountant and CPA:
Has over 6 years of valued experience in the CPA office. Amy manages all insurance, legal, financial, and tax issues.
She provides credibility and guidance for future company actions.
Amy taught at the University of Kentucky, and is currently teaching at Centre College.
Bunny Gibson, Office Manager:
Bunny is the first person you will see when you walk into the office at D & D Electric. With 30 years of bookkeeping and office management, she provides organization and facilitates the daily activities.
When you call D & D Electric, you will surely be talking to Bunny first.
Project Managers:
D & D Electric has had the same 3 key project managers for the past 10 years.
They interact with the general contractors, read project prints, and supervise the work in the field.
